Marlene Aisenberg

With over 17 years of full-time experience with Coldwell Banker Realty, Steve and I bring a deep-rooted connection to the area. Steve grew up in Bethesda's Oakwood Knolls community, while I, Marlene, was raised in Ellicott City. Together, we raised our family in Bethesda, giving us an intimate knowledge of the history and character of the neighborhood.

We provide expert advice to sellers and buyers across all price ranges in Suburban Montgomery County and Washington, DC. Married for over 36 years, family is everything to us, which fuels our passion for helping families buy and sell homes. We can handle any type of purchase in any market condition.

Steve and I work hard and play hard. We've found a new love for pickleball and play at Dill Dinkers in Rockville. We love to travel with our adult children and grandchild, with another grandchild on the way. Our family all graduated from the University of Maryland for undergrad—Go Terps! Year over year, we are consistently ranked as top producers in the Bethesda Coldwell Banker office, excelling in both the Washington, DC, and Mid-Atlantic regions, selling about 20-30 homes a year.

Outside of real estate, Steve has been volunteering for MSI recreational soccer for over 20 years, continuing to coach boys' soccer. We are also active participants in the CB Cares Foundation, planning various community-based events such as food drives and shred events, all while supporting our local community. Additionally, we donate a percentage of every sale to CB Cares.
